Tour Speaker, Improv Coach


Sarah London has been acting, singing and dancing since she was 6 years old. At 18, she has appeared in more than a dozen musicals and dramas, including “Much Ado About Nothing”, “Into the Woods”, “The Hot Mikado” and last year she played the role of “Mrs. Tottendale” in “The Drowsy Chaperone” at MTYP.  She has been involved both in writing and acting in several fringe plays performed at the Winnipeg Fringe Festival. Sarah has been on Kelvin High School improv teams for the past four years and for the last three, has competed in the Manitoba Improv League, this year her team had the opportunity to compete in the National Improv Festival.  Most recently Sarah has co-written and directed a sketch, acted in the award winning film Anaphylactic Rage and is currently directing her High school’s production of DNA. Sarah plays piano, is self-taught at guitar and studies voice.


Sarah has recently co-written and directed and acted in the national award winning short Anaphylactic Rage.

Sarah has helped guide students on the tour to self expression and empowerment through improv.
